Sure would.
Might even say that being able to attend one camp is a blessing. Why mourn over not two, though I wouldn't even presume to speak for him. He might even say it's good to mourn - one great thing about hanging out with him was that he said what each person needed for their own growth, not some theoretical position, at least most of the time, at least when he was present himself.
