I am looking to learn how to play the ukulele and am looking for a reputable shop for one in the Chula Vista-San Diego area. Any recommendations / Thank You

Buffalo Brothers in Carlsbad has a lot of ukes as does Giacoletti's (sp?) also in Carlsbad. One of the nicest places would be Shade Tree Instruments in Laguna Niguel- they offer real service.

I'd also suggest Momilani's Island Trading Post in Oceanside. Aside from some nice instruments, they offer a free weekly `ukulele session every saturday

And you can get your spam musubi fix right next door!
