Ken here...Aloha all...is it just me or is it a fact that KiHo'alu is not found very often on the East Coast?...When I stumble upon concert tours most Slack Key Masters never come around the East much. I'm from the Cleveland,Ohio (Rock&Roll) Hall of fame town ...and have yet to see any Slack Key artists out here!...Was up wi dat?...Any good links to check for Slack Key concerts?...Don't have the cash to get back to the islands right now to hear some sweet nahenahe...mahalo.

Aloha e Ken,
Speaking from CT on the East Coast, I can say it's not just you, it is a fact that ki ho'alu is not found very often on the East Coast. Regrettably.
I could be forgetting something, but I think there is only about one tour a year that makes it this far, with a stop in DC or Virginia, NYC or Boston, and maybe another stop somewhere else, depending on the booking agent...
But, as Raymond says, check the listings — and be prepared to drive!
aloha, Sarah |
