Thanks Andy for creating a real forum for slack key. Good luck with it! P.S. did you get the discs we sent yet?

No discs yet, but I'm eagerly waiting. I hope this slack key forum will give us a place to share with old friends and meet new people. |

Hey Andy,
I guess you *are* changing careers. As Larry said, this is too good.
Sarah and I just got back from La Belle France (and a side trip to Spain). I took your favorite Goodall, so we got to play every day. It was fun seeing our friends and living like the French (never had a bad meal or a bad wine), but their rules and lousy systems annoyed me *lots*. Never complain about lines in Post Offices in the U.S. There, you take a number, as in a deli, and wait for hours with a few hundred other people, just to buy stamps.
Anyway, to Larry:
We got your discs and the job you did was super, including the graphics. Thanks, Brah.

Mainlander here, hoping that "Mahalo nui" means something like "Thank you very much" Andy for the site on slack key.
I just recently discovered slack key and have been struggling to learn it from Ozzie Kotani's instruction book. I've also met a group of people that meet every Tuesday, with lot of maybes and cancellations, but I'm going to let them know about this site right away.
Thanks to Russell Letson for posting about this site.
