Hey San Diego slackers, auntie Tula gave us a good lead for open mic nights at L&L BB-Q in O'side.
I called and spoke with Sarona Sotoa who runs the event, and informed her that we might have several members who may be able to get together and provide a 2hr. night of entertainment. It would be from 6p-8p (6:45p to 8:45p-ish likely)
Sooooo Keith, Dusty, Craig, Bill, and others...what do you think? Is this something you'd be interested in? We could all take 2-3 song set intervals, and provide continuous music to a very appreciative crowd. (Keith, you could add this your E St.cafe tour) I told Sarona that more than likely we couldn't go up until late January, by then Keith/Dusty would be back from Hawaii vacation, and me with workshops.
Anyways, those interested, let me know. I'm just gathering information for now.

Rik This is already being taken care of by Bill. I asked him to also see if it can be on a different night so Keith can join us.

You boys are making me jealous. I may have to figure a way to get down there to play sometime. I'll probably be that way in April with Kevin Brown, but that's too far down the road.
You're all such good players. Any chance of putting up a recorder and sharing your experience?
