For those of you who are hungry for quality Hawaiian music,come to 'Na Mele "Welo, the 1st Annual Hawaiian Ukulele Workshop, and Luau and Kanikapila, on February 26, 2005, Saturday. Encinitas Community Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive. Proceeds go to the Jonathan Tarr Scholarship Foundation. Time: 3pm-5pm Hawaiian Songs Ukulele Workshop. 6pm-9pm Luau Dinner Show and Kanikapila. Aloha Bernie, the dots work great!, (didn't you get my mahalo card?)
Anyways, I'm more of a visual learner so the extra dots really help me move along the fret board easier when I'm learning tab or watching someone else play. Once again mahalo eh!

For all you out there who do not know Bernie, let me just add that Bernie designs and makes extremmmmmmmmmmmmmmmly beautiful Ukulele's under his Honu moniker, if you get a chance to see his work, or better yet, own one of his finely crafted Uke's then your in for something very special. Check him out you mad Uke players, he's awesome.
