but it was like june 28, 2005 plus or minus?
maybe...
but I am going to make a 21st century turnaround and save face.
Or change names...
Help me Mr. Wizard...
dadabeyou Lawrence.
no change...I like my new name.
My reasoning was...1 is c on the B, 0 is open D, and 5 is G one the D...all that's missing is the F#. and a place for the 6.
Ah, creating mystery and mysticism where there is none.

I tink dis guy is "buzzin" you!!

How about this link??

Jim Dunlop Manufacturing - 6105 FretWire

ACCU-FRETS®. Fretwire is normally manufactured from a nickel/silver alloy, sometimes called "German Silver." The most common combination is a 18% nickel content and the three-quarter hard or harder combination for durability.

www.jimdunlop.com/products/maintenance/frets/chart.html

There are also some Farm Tractors with that Model Number - but that would be more like a "George" reference.

P.S. I just re-fretted my Taylor with stainless steel fretwire but I do not know the alloy number.

SO JUS PRESS - THE 6105 FRET that is...
