Aloha All! The release date of Benny Chong's CD entitled "'Ukulele Jazz" has been set for Nov. 22, '05. Of course, some of you already have it if you purchased the pre-release at the MWUF. IMHO, Benny is in the top 3, if not at the top of Jazz 'Ukulele SOLOISTS!

| And I'm listening to the CD right now on my PC while trying to catch up on all the work I should have been doing the last month in Hilo. Benny is incredible. Also recommend you attend his and Byron Yasui's show each Saturday night at the Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki. Make a reservation and get as close to them as possible. Byron is doing standup bass and it's clear they love playing together. What a joy. |

| I finally got my CD and it's everything I had hoped it to be, and more. I can just picture Benny stretching out those chords with his left thumb. It's something you gotta see to believe. |

Benny and Byron (B2) perform "Friday" nights at the Pacific Beach Hotel from 7 - 9:30 pm. And yes, make reservations near the stage. There is a bar but that fills up pretty fast.
