I posted this on FMBB last night but I thought this might be an even better place to post since it is regarding some Hawaiian Style licks.

I have been working on some Hawaiian style riffs from Troy Fernandez and David Kamakahi this week. I posted David's solo to Palolo and the first 3 sections of Troy's TNC from his Hawaiian Style CD. THese are some of the first Hawaiian vamp licks I have learned, other than just straight chord strumming, and it is some really cool stuff. You can find them on my website. Enjoy!

These look interesting. I'll try them slow speed then try and pick them up. Noticed that all your old Jake files are gone.

Glad the tabs are of some help. I hope to find some time to finish TNC soon and then start getting some of Waipahe'e/Maori Brown Eyes into PT.
