Don and Linda Narup are returning to the scene of the crime Aug 19. I'm planning a get-together at my place starting arounf 2:00. I understand that this may conflict with Uke Festival festivities, but the Narups are only in town for a couple of days. SCSKS folks will have to decide. I'll handle all the eats and drinks with the Kaisen's Tip Fund. Let me know if you're coming so that I can plan accordingly

Uh oh. I told Kathy I would help and volunteer. She has me on the hook to teach a "Beginner Slack Key" workshop. I'm also supposed to help Kent brisby teach a "Works Well With Others" slack key and ukulele workshop. The schedule has not been firmed up.

Aloha and mahalo, I for one will be there. I will have plumerias for Terry and Rik. Does anyone else want any? Mike - maybe you can just drop by later. Uncle Chuck is looking forward to meeting you. By the way, for all, he will be at the festival Oct 7 in Cerritos. |

We'll probably go from 2 - 7 or so. Uke festival attenders can come later, although if Rik shows up on time, there might not be any food left. |
