hi everyone.
my names Mark, but Kumu calls me Kamakani so you guys can too, and i joined a while back. i kinda forgot about the boards and got immersed into other things. I just attended E Hula Mau, and had the time of my life (jammin). So it rekindled the fire! so now i have a uke and a guitar and free time, so here i am!

OK - so you'll be at ukulelefestival.org in Cerritos on Oct 7th? And watch for slkho to post kanikapila in San Marcos. Did you meet him this weekend?

Don't forget the weekly Slack Key Open Mike at Kaisen's in Oceanside. Tuesdays from 1830-2100. We need talent and audience support in equal measures so just come.

I didn't go to the women of slack key, I was helping make leis. I have a question for those who went to E Hula Mau, there was this one band that played for a bunch of different halaus, the singer was a falsetto singer and he was an older man with grey hair. He sat down each time they played. Anyone have any idea who this was?
