Vicki and I will be there -- I hope I'll be OK to play by then -- I had a weird dream the other night and punched the headboard in my sleep -- my right hand is kinda sore.

No monstahs -- just one homicdal maniac -- tried to crush my daughter's cat 'e did -- she went after 'im -- 'e dropped the cat but she dropped 'er pet snake (little hog-nose thingie about 9 inches long) -- the cat vanished -- I noticed the snake same time as the maniac did -- 'at's when 'e started after the snake and I rushed in to subdue the maniac while my daughter rescued the snake and that's when I punched the lights out of the headboard... Whole thing was in technicolor too.

Hope ya make it too...

Bill

Thanks all for coming. Those of you who had to clean garages and be in Hawai'i definitely missed a great telling of the headboard saga - and some fine slack key w/ nahenahe ukulele accompaniment. Dan - great to meet you and hope to see you again soon - fine player!! Mike Goodin from the 26th St surfers joined us with his flying fingers on the uke. Go Brah!!! and drag Gene along next time.
Bill's brews were ono ono and Oh those desserts from the Benzel lass!!
Nice to see Doug and good to have the Lanhams join us again. I had such a good time myself that I forgot to take any pictures or record any of the wonderful music... ahh well, we'll have to do it again soon!

Hi Nancy,
We had a great time even though I was not quite back to full strength. Sorry to have to leave a little early and not help much with the disposal of fine grinds but home now and feeling much better. Thanks for the hospitality, Jerry

It's OK Jerry, we left all the sweet stuff with Nancy so she can give the neighborhood kids a January Halloween. I would have taken all the mac and cheese home but Vicki said no way.

We had a great time and no traffic problems getting back this time. Looking forward to doing it again -- I think the trio arrangement of Here Comes The Sun needs to be developed, rehearsed and recorded.

Bill

Neighborhood kids? I ate almost all of it myself. No self-respecting mom would let her little ones have the pure un-adulterated joy of eating those wonderful treats! There were some left for my son for lunch today, but not any of the brown and green brownies.
Don't forget to let us know when the chocolate beer pairing kanikapila will be... I might try a brew myself, sneezes and all!!
If we just didn't cover 3 counties, it would be close to perfect!
Puliki nui,
n
thank you Kevin for giving me that word
