A question I get often is "where can I buy this out of print recording?".
For CDs and vinyls, an excellent online source is www.gemm.com -- kind of a swap meet for buyers/sellers, with sellers from all over the world. I like it because gemm.com can handle the financial transactions for most dealers -- and that's the only way I make my purchases. I've only once received the wrong title; it was remedied immediately. You can also create a "wish list" account -- they'll email you when a seller offers up a title you wanted. Kewl.
And on O`ahu, it's Jelly's Music in Aiea (behind Cutter Ford). Their vinyl prices are in the $5 range, and while the album covers run the gamut from still-sealed to ick, the discs are always in pristine condition. Open every day, 10a.m. to ???
