Oh my goodness. Don was such a sweet man, so kind and so giving. He is one who truly loved Hawaiian music and devoted so much time and heart and soul to promoting the music and playing the music himself. He was so supportive to me while I was going through my health problems, all while fighting the biggest battle himself. There is a special place in heaven for him. Aloha `oe, Don. You will always be in my memory. |

Holy sh... I had no idea he was fading.
I only knew him through TP, and the "Slack Tracks" project - I am saddened and stunned to hear this news. |
