I once saw a pick guard that was a thin plastic film that you just put on the uke. You can peel it off and put it back on any time you want.
Does anyone know where I can get something like this??? Mahalo

Hapuna,
I don't know if you remember the double puka tenor Mele from the GTG @ Manono's house a few years ago or the bash in Kona; it has the mylar pick guards. |

Eh I was in the right neighborhood at least. No I don't have a clear memory of the uke. As you may recall I was very focused on my picking solo!!!
