Today I decided to look for "At Seenteen" (1975) by Janis Ian. She is an award winning songwritter, and desevedly so to say the very least!

I found it and started messing around trying to play it.
What a surprize! she is tuned to Leonards C (drop C--basically taropatch with a C bass). Wow, no wonder I could never figure these songs out when I was younger!

Great song! For sure it is worth listening to again. Maybe you can get some new chords from it.

Mahalo Bob for the post. I loved that song as a gangly, nerdy teenager. As a gangly, nerdy adult it still holds up.

After working on it for a while, I need to update the tuning.
The first sting is actually E. That changes the tuning to Keola's C.
