I met Diane Rubio years ago in the uke shop at the Aloha Towers. I was blown away that this teenager could rip chord melody style on the uke.
Since then she's taken her cello into the world of modern art/pop music with a band called Falling Down Romance but she just sent me a link to her YouTube vids and she is still ripping on the uke:
