http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLGSWiAlqxU – Ray Sowders sharing a few snippets of music taught to him by his kumu. . Oh so nahenahe. Can tell who was his kumu, yeah? Oh, his guitar sure sounds beautiful. I think Unko Paul was lusting after it when we last saw Ray in person. Oh I think the Pua Sardinia was amazingly beautiful. I sure like the “pua” songs, they are so romantic and sweet. And here's Ray with more samples of his music: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtdxKkC3AYM When you go O`ahu chrai find Ray and go hear him. You won’t be disappointed.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4p_Td7h54Y – Braddah Derek (Ho`okani) doing a rousing version of “Ulupalakua”. Dancing hula to Derek’s version is better than cardiac rehab. Time I am done, konikoni i ka pu`uwai.
