Sorry to be so tardy posting my mahalos but I just now got around to registering.  It was great to meet and share music. Special thanks to Ross for bringing Kolomona Slack Key, I've wanted that song *forever*. And many mahalos to Cathe for hosting. Great back porch!
I hope to see you all at other bay area kanikapilas.

aloha everyone,
what are your thoughts about having a kanikapila after Patrick Landeza finishes on stage SUNDAY Sept. 14 at Aloha in the Redwoods in La Honda, CA, say from 5 - 7 pm?
All inspired after a great day of Hawaiian music, hula, and food, what could be better than to play more ki ho alu music?
Let me know if you are interested so I can arrange it.
Or just bring your guitars and uke's and see what happens...

Would love to kanikapila in da redwoods! I'm just down the hill in Redwood City.
By the way, was anyone else at the 8/28 Little Fox concert of "Hawaii's Next Generation" (Landeza, Kamakahi, Kamakahi, Kahumoku, Ohta, Jr.)?
Love to talk about that, or make new friends here...I'm newly registered, thanks to Patrick Landeza's plug at the aforementioned concert!

Aloha from Vacaville to everyone. We haven't set a date yet for a kanikapila in Vacaville as Jerry is in New York and won't be back till mid Sept. We just got back from Aloha Camp on the Big Island and had a great time. So, we will post as soon as we can come up with a date. It may have to be October, but we'll check with Julie so we don't conflict on dates!!

The kanikapila in Santa Cruz sounds great, but I am exhibiting at the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival that weekend so won't be able to attend. Have fun!!!

Sorry for my slow reply. I hadn't checked in for quite a few days at taropatch. Jerry was at the Finger Lakes over the Labor Day weekend, then left for Wisconsin Dells, which is where he is right now. Sooo sorry he won't be able to call.
