Residing in Seattle makes it a bit difficult for me to get all the Hawaiian radio stations on my old time radio. I've used streams from various island radio stations for years and some stations are better than others. I recently stumbled across an app on my iPhone called TuneIn and it streams just about every radio station with an available stream. Best yet it seems to cover many of the island radio stations and puts all the streams in one convenient to access place. If you haven't seen this app check it out or go to their website. Hawaiian radio stations are categorized under the "World" category.
I've been using it too. It used to be called RadioTime. RadioTime is now the paid premium version. I like talk radio and TuneIn allows me to listen to my favorite shows in many time zones. An FM transmitter allows you to listen to your TuneIn or Pandora through your car stereo:
