It's less than a month away, and promises to be the best show yet! And it's a good time to see and reconnect with so many friends. Mele Kaliki Maka! |

I've been reading this forum for several years and this is my first post.
I drove over from Tucson for the festival and it was well worth the 16 hour round trip. Looking forward to next years.
Great concert and great venue.

In my opinion, this year's festival was the best one yet (in spite of Led blowing out the power :-) and Makana with his silly blindfold trick. ).
Good work, Mitch! |

It was a successful show. I thought the pairing of Kimo and Ken Emerson was the highlight for me. Way beyond the standard duo performance. Also, Jeff Peterson has gone to a different universe where they do things that I physically can't do or comprehend doing.
Good job Mitch. Sorry to see you leave. Michigan? Come on. |

Too bad the US Post Office dropped the ball with Jeff Peterson's cd's for the show. That was a lost $$$ opportunity. Not to worry....I ordered mine in line when I got home. |

Mahalo guys! So far, the most positive comments I've received have to do with Ken and Kimo's performance, very cool. Got some ideas for next year, hope to bring in some new people that have never been in the show, will keep y'all posted - thank you so much for the support. Be sure to come out if I put something together in Michigan - yeah right! |
