I just heard a new recording of Livin on a easy.
I didnt get the artist name.
I love the Gabby Atta version but I am dying to know who these kanakas are. I would love to get this recording.
Heres a clue. In the song they break in and sing

"you come my house we eat the filipino style"

Any help let me know

I think "Living in Easy" would be under Hana Jam by the late Pekelo Cosma, a great artist who left us way too early.

Baba Alimoot does it the way you describe on his self-titled Hula Records release. We played it on our radio show in Seattle earlier this month.

I would like to get Babas too but not available.
Shocked to hear about Pekelos passing.
