The monthly Alameda Kanikapila (4th Saturday of each month) is this Saturday, June 22. All ages and levels are welcomed, as well as hula dancers and spectators. Admission is free, and they sell an ono dinner plate (usually $7.00), beverages, and baked goods which help to support the halau. This is a very well attended kanikapila and is always good fun and entertaining:
