Shirley and I joined Hula Halau Na Wai Iwi Ola and the Ladies of Waiku'i in a 2 week trip to Zurich, Switzerland. Our host was Na Wai Ohi'a based in Meilan.

They just posted this beautiful collection of photos from the first 2 days of our trip.
We performed with both halau for a packed hall to celebrate the 10th year of Na Wai Ohi'a.

Aloha Kona Bob and mahalo for posting this,

I saw this post a few days ago and just now had time to sit down and watch the beautiful slideshow. What a wonderful thing to see Hawaiian culture having an impact around the world! What struck me most was the deep respect and love, so obvious in the eyes and faces of these performers, for Hula and the Hawaiian culture. This is the true Aloha Spirit.

Mahalo for sharing and spreading the true Hawaiian spirit around the world for us "Hawaiians" at heart!
