Why isn't NA HOKU AWARDS available to see on the internet? (I think they're televised in Hawaii?) Something of this stature would benefit from such exposure would it not? More exposure, especially to the younger masses would be great, plus I would love to see the presentations, and performances, etc... we're really missing out. ~slkho
The broadcast of the annual Na Hoku Hanohano Awards are streamed live online, via the television station's website.
Auntie Maria =================== My "Aloha Kaua`i" radio show streams FREE online every Thu & Fri 7-9am (HST) www.kkcr.org - Kaua`i Community Radio "Like" Aloha Kauai on Facebook, for playlists and news/info about island music and musicians!
I did try to connect to the Na Hoku's this last time, went to the site as directed by HARA (I am a member). Instead of streaming video, the video playback box presented the message "Video not available in your region". Since I am in Northern California I would expect that the video is therefore not available in California and probably not on the whole mainland.
