If that 4th string were a D instead of B I would say this is the usual G Wahine (G Maj7). It's a wonderful tuning used by Sonny Chillingworth "Weeha Swing" and Ray Kane's "Punahele."
Even with the B on that string it's still spelling G Maj7, as the chunky one says.
With the tuning as spelled, what do you use for the secondary bass note when you alternate?
Hmm, why don't you claim it--trademark it if not taken? "12toneman tuning" Nah, that might scare some folks into thinking it's Schoenberg-like...slack key for atonealists. Not one of my better ideas.
