Happy New Year, all!
2019 was actually pretty good to us. It was, after all, when we managed to actually get to Hawaii for Uncle George's music camp.
Hope your New Year is better than ours was. The smoke from the bushfires down the coast (a couple of hours away by car) blew in last night after the wind changed, and Canberra has some of the world's worst air quality right now (over 20 times the hazardous level). We've locked ourselves in our offices at home right now with air purifiers running, so that we can breathe without having asthma attacks.
Still, on the bright side, we're safe from the fires that have been ravaging a huge chunk of the country, and being locked in here is an excuse to pick up my guitar and practice more  |
