Big Mahalo and shout out to Chunky Monkey for seeing my post and responding by providing me a copy of Ozzie Kotani's " Guitar Playing Hawaiian Style" Volume 2 DVD.
I had been searching all over and thought I would put it out on the "Patch " and Terry came through.
I received it on the Friday before Christmas :)
