Even though you found the chart, see this old Taropatch thread:

Russell. Thank you so much for posting the link taking me back to all those posts. I love reading everyone's old posts and what was going on in Slack Key back then. I've only been playing slack key for three years and have so much history to absorb and all these old threads help. Mahalo.
