In John Cruz's Island Style, there is a lyric that says " beef stew on the stove, lomi salmon with the ice". Can anyone tell me what the phrase lomi salmon means?

Lomi - massage
Lomi salmon, raw salmon rubbed with flavorings - tomato and green onion. Usually eaten with poi, very common at luau.
