Howzit gang...for those of you on Maui interested in learning slack key, I will be providing group lessons Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The rates for group lessons is $25.00 per half hour - cash only. Private lessons and rates vary. Call Don Kaulia...870-2350.
Thanks to the motivation and encouragement by my newest student Kalani Smythe and quite a few other non-professional students, lessons will be taught in simple form, 'by ear' and 'by eyes'. All you need is an open heart to feel, see and hear to learn the way I have learned the art of ki ho alu. Bring your guitar, notebooks and tape recorders (sorry no videos allowed).
Group sessions will be held at my home in Wailuku, please call for enrollment.
