James Hill is going to be visiting the Big Island in July, and is going to be doing 2 workshops*.
The first will be at the "Holuakoa Gardens" (next to Holualoa Cafe') in Holualoa on Wednesday July 23rd, from 3:30 to 5:30. Cost for the workshop will be $15, and it will be limited to only 15 people. The workshop will be geared towards intermediate to advanced players who want to learn some of James' extraordinary strumming and picking techniques. James is world famous for his extraordinary technique and musicianship. You can learn more about him at: http://www.ukulelejames.com/
Join James on the evening of July 23rd, for a Dinner Concert, at the Holuakoa Gardens Restaurant. Shirley and I agree with many who say that the Holuakoa Gardens is creating one of the finest dining experiences on the Big Island. To see a review of the restaurant, visit: http://www.konaweb.com/
The cost for this event will be $60 per person. Seating is limited to 40 people, so it is a good idea to make your reservations early.
For either the Workshop, or the Dinner Concert, you can make your reservations by calling Barbara at (808) 322-5072. This is the Holuakoa Gardens office phone. If you get a recording, please leave your name and number. Barbara will be happy to return your call. Credit cards are welcome.
