Halau Kawaihoa invites you to bring along your instrument(s), music group, musicians, friends and ohana to their first "Open-Mic Night" Fundraiser in Redwood City on Saturday, September 19th. Come and perform or just relax and enjoy the music.
If you would like to perform or have any contacts to musicians, artists, entertainers, etc., that will kokua their time, please simply reply to this message or email Cindi Pham at CindiPham @ gmail.com
Doors will open @ 7pm... 560 El Camino Real, Redwood City. Admission: $10 per person (includes 2 drink tkts for beer or wine).
Soft drinks, water and pupus will be available for purchase. No outside beverages or food allowed.
Raffle Prizes will be awarded!

Can you tell us more about the Venue (besides just the address)?
What is it (restaurant, bar, pool hall , etc), How big is it, and What is the parking like?

The event is being held at my wife's halau which they anticipate to hold about 60 ppl at one time. They will be setting up tables and chairs for the evening and have a bose sound system. There is a dedicated parking lot for the venue as well.
I'll learn more about the sound system and its capabilities soon and share those details as well. Should be lots of fun!
