Aloha Taropatch Ohana!
We finally got this website going. I am no longer affiliated with the previous sites: IslandVortex & BigIslandLive
http://www.LiveHawaiianMusic.com
Has launched our first live streaming on Saturday, September 12, 2009 from Huggo's on the Rocks.
We will be filming from my slack key lessons every Mondays from Kona and hope to capture our Tuesday lessons from Waimea. Then every Wednesdays at Huggos on the Rocks.
This weekend, of September 27, 2009, we will be on Oahu filming Walte Keale and discuss his new CD release that I am also a part of. Then we'll spend some quality time with Cyril Pahinui at his workshop in Waimanalo, on Bell Street, home of the great slack key master Gabby Pahinui.
All members of Taropatch.net are welcomed to join and post your own profile on LiveHawaian Music's webpage. Who knows, we might just show up at your next gig?
