The Maui Music Festival, from April 23 to 25, is an all steel guitar event featuring Henry Allen, Duke Ching, Lion Kobayashi of Japan and Alan Akaka. It's at the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel. I'll be there, of course, then I'm coming to Oahu for 2 weeks.

This event is just about in my back yard. It will be a fun event where I can hopefully pick up some additional playing techniques. I inherited a 1935 Rickenbacker model B from my dad a few years back.
