Don't know if this was posted on Taropatch before. What do you think? It brightened my day. Watch until at least halfway through. 1.6 million views so far: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPtbG0vtkHY .

A very much needed laugh of delight! So much fun! So much enthusiasm! So much talent! I've heard of "guitar face" contests; this kid sets the standard for "uke face". |

What's amazing is his dedication to playing the song, he's not just goofing on it. Most children of this age can't even distinguish between notes and harmonies. He's fun to watch. Jesse |

Jesse,
I totally agree. What's really charming is that if you watch Jake's videos, you can see how he's copying Jake's chords, slides and other techniques, and even mannerisms. I love at the very end when he mimics the fingeroll. You can see that he knows where to put his fingers, it's just that his motor skills are not quite there yet to do it quicker--but you know he'll get there very soon.
I wouldn't be surprised if this kid learned the song on his own by just watching Jake's videos, which is pretty darn amazing since he looks like he's about 4-5 years old max.
Unfortunately, after seeing this video, I don't really have any more excuses for my playing ability .
Aloha, Doug
