Last June, at the Kahumoku Workshop, I had the privledge to meet and make a life connection with a most wonderful woman, Gerry Large.
We continued to see each other after we returned from the workshop and We have recently become engaged.
Life is good again!
We recently returned from a trip to Egypt. Here is a photo of Gerry and me at Abu Simbal.

Dusty and Gerry,
I remember, for several years, watching this lovely lady hanging around for the kanikapilas, and talking with her about getting an ukulele and joining the ohana, which she did the following year. And she came ready and willing to learn, joined the group, became one of us, and now here she has taking the heart of our dear Dusty and run off with it into the sunset.
Can't even tell you how thrilled I am with the connections made through music. With aloha....

I like the picture of you two, and those those two statues sitting on the bench in the front look amazing too! lol
Congrats Dusty....I guess you'll need me to play some Slack Key at your wedding right? Pencil me in.
