I ate too much left over Halloween candy. I hate to see what my blood chemistry will look like when I go to the hospital on Wednesday. Yikes. But Twix....oooh, no can resist. I shoulda bought Smarties or Necco Wafers to hand out. Bleccch.

| Eh, Aunty! How about small boxes of raisins or bags of trail mix? Healthy kine grinds with fiber (aka "bulk" or "roughage"). |

| I love raisins or trail mix...but no can eat -- both dried fruit and nuts have loads of potassium (as does chocolate). Potassium is worse for me than fat or sugar. |
