I manage to make a racket with an ancient Oahu. Does that count?

My main instrument is a long scale double 8 Fender Stringmaster with the lower neck in C6/Bb with a G on the top and jules Ah See's B11 on the upper one. I have a couple of resonator guitars abd a single 8 Stringmaster in C6/Bb and a Jerry Byrd frypan in B11. I have been messing around with a D11 tuning (out of 6, tune the lower G to F#, the low E to D, the C to A and replace the Bb with an .060 tuned to a low D. I got into this when I had my single 8 short scale stringmaster and someone requested that I play "Sand". What E9 tuning do you use? Oh - I also have my old double 10 ShoBud with E9 on the top and the infamoud "Cajun G" on the bottm, and a double 10 Carter in standard E9 & C6 tunings.

I play 6 string G6th. A great tuning that is utterly under unknown in the steel guitar world. I learned it from Ken Emerson. I make my own guitars, and use a Shubb SP-2 tone bar.
