Here is one more video of a young man playing some of the sweetest `ukulele I have heard. Of course, it is one of my favorite mele, "Ka Pila Oha" written by Tony Conjugacion for Mapuana and Kihei de Silva. Does ANYONE know this young man? His name is Raymond Akahi and goes by KalaBlind on You Tube. He sure has something special.

"Beyond The Reef" is played by Dave Gergerich, who passed last month (alas). One of the great steelers, and sorely missed. |
