Here is one more video of a young man playing some of the sweetest `ukulele I have heard. Of course, it is one of my favorite mele, "Ka Pila Oha" written by Tony Conjugacion for Mapuana and Kihei de Silva.
Does ANYONE know this young man? His name is Raymond Akahi and goes by KalaBlind on You Tube. He sure has something special.

"Beyond The Reef" is played by Dave Gergerich, who passed last month (alas). One of the great steelers, and sorely missed.

Hooo, good catch and mahalo for these, Wanda.

Ola Hou is one for the ages, I'm sitting here all puckered up with chicken skin.

Unknown song is "Ka Ua Kea" - the white rain of Hana and one of Pekelo's signature pieces. My brother Shaun did this one a lot.

I gotta get to Maui soon.

Fran
