Keonepax posted a really moving video on You Tube as a thanks to people who are so very concerned for he and his family and indeed, all of Japan. Warning: a box or two of kleenex might be required.

John, I have to tell you, this is really a most touching and heartfelt video.

Wanda, mahalo for posting this video on the Taro Patch. When I first tried to sing this song to practice for the video, I choked up and tears came to my eyes. I guess I've had a lot of pent up feelings in side of me that had to be expressed.

Wow John! Truly one of the most moving videos that I have seen. It just completely encapsulates the whole situation and puts it into proper perspective. Thank you, and best wishes to you.

Arigato John . . . such a perfect song for a culture that embodies this sentiment. When released in 1969, it was a nice-feeling help-your-friend kind of song that fit the peace & love era. It's always been a great song, but your interpretation takes it to a much higher level for me.

Don

Its hard to know what to say when see all the images , and knowing the magnitude of what has happened there :(

that is a very well done and inspiring video. Its a good message for any era.
It great to see people come together to help others with relief efforts and charity. A big event like this shakes people up and stirs them to action. I only wish this was the case every day. There are so many people in the world tht need on going help. They arent one time dramatic diseasters, but on going ones and many people are suffering , poverty, disease etc. and need help just the same.
My wish is that everyday the majority of people in the world were just as motivated to make the extra effort to make a difference, and care about others. I know some are.
