I'm glad that judge gave that verdict. I was reading about this while in Hawai'i and the suites really pissed me off. I wrote a send up article about one family suing another based on discrimination because family 2 wouldn't let family 1's child into their "home school." Family 2 complained that since they were genetically stupid, their son should be given equal access to the smarter faily's "home school." Can't imagine why no one wanted to publish that.
