Although I'm partial to Hawaiian music, I've gotta admit that the new instrumental uke CD from young (19 years old) Imua Garza is outstanding. Look for "Dreamspeaking" and give it a listen.

Another fresh talent on uke... a prodigy to be exact... 20 year old Abe Lagrimas, Jr. who picked up the uke in April 2003. His playing is way more musical than a lot of young uke players today. In his teens he already gained acceptence as one of the top drummers in the state of Hawaii. According to Don Gordon of Hawaii public radio, Abe is the future of Hawaii music.
