The intent of the email subject line is for the drawing people to get easy access to the names, nobody has been disqualified for not getting it right. I can tell you, plenty of people have submitted <Your LastName, Your Firstname> as a subject line, or no subject at all. Please put in your last name and first name (in that order) at the beginning of the subject line.
