Uke Jackson will be playing his Martin 015-T tenor guitar and his Gibson TU-1 tenor uke on stage and on the radio (with live world wide web streaming) next week. Please mark your calendar if you’re interested.
The radio broadcast will be on Wednesday, June 19, at 11 – 11:30 am Eastern (US) Daylight Time. 91.9 FM on your radio dial broadcasting from Centennary College in Hackettstown NJ. Streaming on www.wnti.org
The concert appearance is Sunday June 23, 7 – 9 pm in the Riverside Amphitheater on Larry Holmes Drive in Easton, PA. This is a beautiful outdoor setting in a lovely park overlooking the Delaware River. The theater seats about 900. Admission is free. The concert is funded by the City of Easton, Pennsylvania.
Accompaniment will be provided by the Uke Jackson Cabaret Orchestra, and a special guest. This annual event is usually very well attended. So, if you plan to come from a distance, please allow plenty of time. There is free parking across the street from the park, and along the side streets of this small historic American city.
