On a recent trip through central Oregon I found a couple of Hawaiian albums in an antique shop in Bend. The musician is Bill Keale. His CDs are titled After the Rain and Islands Away. His style is more typically traditional than contemporary though a jazz influence shows up on one or two selections. Aunty Maria (mele.com) was unfamiliar with the artist so I can't tell you where to purchase his music, but it is well worth tracking down.
