Aloha All!!! I will be performing the National Anthem at the A's game this Sunday agianst the White Sox at the Oakland Coliseum.

I will play it in slack key as well as sing...the A's are celebrating Pacific Islander Day so there will be a huge tailgate party and Hawaiian Music playing all morning..

The tixs are only $11.00 for the lower level...you can contact Mecedez Veloz at 510.5632283 at the A's office...

I'm sure you won't mind. I have to share this news on another forum where I keep thumping the drum for slack key.

Will the game be televised? I think the anthem is usually overlaid with a commercial, but sometimes the last bit is broadcast.

Mahalo for your support you guys!!!...Pauline..post away!!! This is a Huge step for slack key...actually kind of KEWL!!! I'm honored and I can go down as the first slack key artist to play at a Major League Game!!!hahahahaha!! That's Funny!!! (Although Kahumoku told me he played at a minor league game on Maui!!!)

Anyways I'll try and get a video or something on my site when all these activities clear up. Still tired from the Tour!!!! Aloha you guys!!!
