Greetings, fellow slack key enthusiasts.
My wife's 40th birthday party will be held on Saturday, June 18th at my home in Kailua, on Oahu.
I am looking for a >>talented<< acoustic guitarist or two to provide entertainment for about 30 guests.
Acceptable styles would be Slack key (of course!!), other Hawaiian, or contemporary stuff (you know, like Jimmy Buffett, Croce, Van Morrison, James Taylor, etc.)
The "gig" should last about 1 and 1/2 hours or so (not including set up time) and I am willing to pay $300-$500 (cash) depending upon your ability, equipment needs, etc. A PA should not be required.
A friend and I will also be playing a few tunes that night, in case you need some backup.

You will be provided with free beverages and good food as well of course!
