I hadn't visited Keola's site in a while, but it was sure worth going back to. His Blog is absolutely Outrageous Keola. I haven't laughed so much in a loooong time. Be *very* sure to click on his suggested links. The QT movie is outa sight. The reviews of the qigong (chi kung) book are almost as good - be sure to click on "Read all Reviews" when you hit Amazon. As a dedicated Nothern Wu Taiji player, and having been told by a teacher to "retract my rectum" during a certain move (actually true - I asked him, "How far?"), I especially appreciated it.
Keola's "Slightly Bent Hawaiian Phrases" are a hoot. He has a nerdy sense of humor which isn't for everybody, but cool to the rest of us nerds. Jesse Tinsley
