It'll take some hunting down on your part, but Daniel Ho uses this case that's either made or distributed only in Japan. You can e-mail him from his website and ask him about the details of the case. The tenor size costs about $100, but it's the best ukulele case that I've seen so far, with the exception of high end custom fabricated cases. It's styled like a good guitar case, on an ukulele scale. They're like a cross between the size and weight of the flight form chip board cases and the quality of the protec cases.
